Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk ins are welcome until 20 minutes before closing. Joining the line online or calling ahead is free, and it means we have a room ready so you wait little or not at all.
How much does a visit cost?
Self-pay visits cost less than a typical urgent care. Call and we'll give you a quote before you come in. With insurance, you pay your plan's usual copay.
What insurance do you take?
Medicare, Medi-Cal for select services, Molina, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna and other plans. We don't currently accept Blue Shield, LA Care or Health Net (but we're working on it). Call and we'll check your coverage in a few minutes.
Should I come here or go to the ER?
Call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke signs, or heavy bleeding. For almost everything else, come see us. If you need a hospital, we'll get you to the right place.
Can I get mental health care here?
Yes. Our board-certified psychiatric clinicians help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, postpartum depression, FMLA evaluations and more, in person or by video.
Do you do DOT and work physicals?
Yes, along with TB tests, often the same day. Book ahead so we can have your paperwork ready.
Can I see someone by video?
Yes. Virtual visits are open to anyone located in California, for new concerns, follow ups, and refills.
