IV HYDRATION FOR MOOD

Hydration can impact your mood. When you are dehydrated or undernourished, it can lead to feelings of irritability, sadness, fatigue, and fogginess.

A boost of hydration can decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression. A combination of electrolytes and water most effectively works to reduce anxiety (Cousins et al., 2019).

VITAMIN B12

Vitamin B12 helps produce red blood cells thus preventing certain types of anemia. Vitamin B12 can improve symptoms of weakness, tiredness, and cognitive changes. Vitamin B12 supplementation can improve symptoms of depression, help build healthy nerve and brain cells, and increase energy production.

B COMPLEX

B-complex vitamins are recommended to reduce fatigue and boost mood and cognition. B-complex supplements may improve overall mental health even in those without B vitamin deficiencies. B complex vitamins have been found to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress (Young et al., 2019).

LIPO MIC

Lipo MIC, also known as the “skinny shot,” is a lipotropic injection that aids the body in burning and breaking down excess fat. Lipo MIC can improve mood by assisting the body to regulate hormone and insulin levels and boost energy. MIC lipotropic injections contain three essential nutrients in high doses: methionine, inositol, and choline. Effects may significantly improve when used in combination with Vitamin B12.

NAD+

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme central to energy metabolism. Low levels of NAD+ have been linked to higher levels of depression and anxiety. Naturally with aging, cognitive decline, stress, and environmental factors, NAD+ levels decline over time. NAD+ supplementation can help combat fatigue, relieve anxiety and depression symptoms, repair DNA, and support neurological health (Covarrubias et al., 2021).

GLUTATHIONE

Glutathione is the major brain antioxidant that may help mood by regulating enzymes and protecting brain neurons. Glutathione has anti-aging and immune-boosting benefits, among others. Low levels of glutathione have been linked to depression, anxiety, stress, and other psychiatric disorders (Gawryluk et al., 2011).

VITAMIN C

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that has many functions in the body, including antioxidant, cell protection, collagen production, and immune system. Vitamin C deficiency has been linked to negative mood and cognitive effects. Vitamin C supplementation may help improve mood, reduce fatigue, and decrease anxiety, among other benefits.
